Visceral Mappings: Transdiasporic Art Practices, ed. 1This first edition of this catalog is based on the installation images of the "Visceral Mappings: Transdiasporic Art Practices" exhibit from the first venue in the Pyle Center. This 50-page color catalog contains a scholarly curatorial essay and commentary by curator, Pritika Chowdhry, as well as extensive visual documentation of the exhibit. The Foreword of the catalog has been written by Dr. Ferris Olin, director of The Feminist Art Project at Rutgers.

Visceral Mappings: Transdiasporic Art Practices, ed. 2 - comming soon!An expanded version of the "Visceral Mappings" exhibit was on view at the Dellora Norris Cultural Arts Center as part of the National Women’s Studies Association 2007 conference. Since the Visceral Mappings exhibit is conceptualized as a site-specific installation, it has manifested differently in the two venues in the Pyle Center and the Norris Center. A second edition of the catalog based on the installation images of the Visceral Mappings exhibit from the Dellora Norris Center will be published shortly.
